Our Great Need - A Savior

Everyone has sinned

    "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God"    Romans 3:23

Our sin causes death and separation from God

     "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life
      through Jesus Christ our Lord."     Romans 6:23

     "Whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into
      the lake of fire."     Revelation 20:15

The perfect One, Jesus Christ, died and rose again for our sins.

     "Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried,
    and that He arose again..."     I Corinthians 15:3-4b

     "Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might

bring us to God." I Peter 3:18a

In order to be saved from hell, we must completely believe
(trust, rely upon) Jesus Christ.

     "But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become
      the sons of God, even to them that believe on His Name."    John 1:12

     "He that hath the Son hath life; and He that hath not the Son of God
     hath not life."     I John 5:12

     "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man
     cometh unto the Father, but by Me."    John 14:6
